Yes! Vanessa designs bespoke furniture tailored to your space, lifestyle, and personal style. We welcome custom commissions and will guide you through the design and production process.

What interior architecture and design services do you provide?

Our services range from consultations and space planning to full renovations and complete interior design projects. We aim to create interiors that are thoughtful, lasting, and quietly bold.

Do you offer interior design consultations remotely?

Yes, we provide both in-person and remote consultations to accommodate clients locally and internationally.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Vangee Studio operates internationally and can arrange shipping to many destinations.

We’ll coordinate a time that works for you, whether in-person or online.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Vintage and Antique Collection:

Returns and exchanges are limited. We encourage customers to request detailed photos,
condition reports, or visit our studio to view items in person before purchasing.
Please contact us for specific information regarding your order.

New Collection Designed by Vangee:

You may return your purchase within 14 days. Items must be in the same condition as when
purchased and returned in their original or equivalent packaging. Return shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Commissions:

Made-to-order or bespoke pieces are non-refundable.

If an item arrives damaged during a personal delivery by Vangee Studio staff, please contact us
within 48 hours with photos. We will review the situation and arrange a suitable solution.
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, iDEAL, and PayPal. For local pickups, you may also pay in cash or by PIN at our studio. If you prefer another payment method, please contact us to discuss options.

Can I view the furniture in person before purchasing?

Absolutely. You are welcome to visit our studio in Kampen to view pieces in person. Please contact us to schedule a visit.
